Tp supports the ostrich natively, so you dont use this plugin. You can realtime but the ecu cant save to ostrich so no knock count logging or ve learn.
Have you read the FAQ? For lots of information and links to significant threads see here: http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1396

Has anyone else notice tp5 shut down message when you click acquire with the plug in on the latest release, I then used the 1 version older & it works fine?

I tried about 10 times to acquire on the latest tp5 release & every single time shut down?

Turns out this error may be due to the adx, the vx 1 won't work for me on a $BDa & mick's vy 1 is better on the vx but still nqr!

I will move this to another thread & let ppl know if when I sort it out!

The plugin can have trouble on later vehicles with heartbeat and BCM chatter, so for flash PCMs your best off just using the internal TP aquisition engine as RT is not available anyway.

Post up in the flash PCM adx thread whats happening and will try and fix the ADX, it was broken with the last TP update but have posted an update to the ADX. https://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=725

I also have problems using TP 5.7686 and plugin 1.2.4 on W7-64. Every time I try to connect TP "stops".

Vehicle is VT Series 1 ecotech, with RT-modded bin CXWB and the recommended ADX and XDF. Is this also a "chatter" issue?

Yeah I would say so  We are working on a fix but have found some weird things interfacing to the TP plugin so are working out if its a code or bug issue.

i had this problem a few weeks ago when i was trying to use a nvram on a vt v6 s/c, just keeps crashing all the time, went back to logging only and was fine, doesn't crash on my vs v6 n/a though.

I'm using TP5 Build 7774, OSE Plugin v1.2.4 and CKUL_mod.bin and it crashes if the interface is connected when TP5 is opened. if i connect after TP5 is loaded i can log but will crash if i try to emulate.

With TP5 Build 7686 and OSE Plugin v1.2.1, TP5 will open but wont log or emulate through the plugin :(

Does the above setup work for anyone?
