im used to using hp tuners but with pro tuners i cant see how i can upload or download tunes and and im under the imppression that they run a reflash system can you clarify this for me.

Only V6 VX, VY and VU run a flash based system. You need to use the flashtool for these .. https://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=82

All others are EPROM based so you cannot upload download unless you run a NVRAM .. https://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=167 for early vehicles and https://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=166 for later (VS Ecotec on).
