I'm trying to log on a S2 5.0l VS statesman, if I don't have the plugin I get nothing in the drop down box, but never tried to log, let alone connect.
Im using a dell inspiron N5010 i7, running win 7.

set it up like the below, so under data aquistion & logging select to use plug-in, then in the below pull down use tunerpro interface rather than ose plugin.

Ok so that's only for logging, I will have to change it back to emulate yes?

emulation settings are on the right hand side of that screen, but if you want to log and tune realtime at the same time you need to use ose plugin to handle it all.
