Re: dtc 43
just tried new adx file there is alot more info there now under engine sensor data the wideband o2 is 36.26 and in red
the iat valtage is 3.14 and also red, under flags the est mode has bypass next to it( both in
green) and the malf present is set in red . under dtc codes 59, 67, 82 are set the only codes missing now that i can see are 12 ,47, 49. and 73 and in dash it says bcm disabled and o2 sensors not ready and tcc off??
do i need the xdf. and bin. selected?

Re: dtc 43
you don't need a bin or xdf. The bin is what is on the memcal, you would need to read it first. the xdf defines what the raw data in the memcal actually represents.
Ignore wideband O2 if you don't have one connected.
if the engine isn't running the 02 sensors won't be ready, and the tcc will be off unless the car is cruising at a decent speed.
dtc 12 means the engine is not running.

Re: dtc 43
can you record a log and post it up along with the adx your using ?
No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!

BLM disabled = read the FAQ (linked to you the other day) for what it means https://pcmhacking.net/forums/view ... f=7&t=1396
O2 sensor at ~450mV = engine cold, see what they do when the engine warms up
EST Bypass = To do with ignition. Bypass mode normally during crank or fault and EST when the ECU is in control of spark advance
Need to sort out your trans temp, its open circuit, plus some other trans faults.
But yes, idle is surging and looks to be running pretty poor - might be time to speak to the tuner now you can log it. Or, use the flashtool (https://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=82) and extract the bin and post it up. To use it, open the program under Options and preferences select the com port and the vehicle type "VS Ecotec or S/C PCM in Vehicle", click ok and connect. After it identifies the PCM click get bin.

Re: dtc 43
The auto box will work fine as the electrics inside the two are the same and the series 3 vs used the vt box.
I often change the cooler lines and put vt vx vy v6 transmissions into vs commys with no probs.
But if you want you could use a late fullcircle trans tune from a vs series 3 ute.
Is the big plug on top of the trans plugged on propely?
