Jayme. Have ordered some 27SF512 chips, hope they turn up soon.

let me know if your willem has touble erasing them. For mine I have to jump 2 pins manually in the socket for erase to work.

there is a way to do it without having to do that .... when its in a certain mode you need to change the eprom selection button and that allows it to work ... if only i still had the website with the procedure

I've got the 27SF512 chips, Is there any secrets I need to know before I burn. Is it simple to stack? Any help will be most appreciated :thumbup:

I dont even bother stacking them. for a 32k program on a 27sf512, just burn it straight up with an offset of 8000 for a 16k program use an offset of C000

I have a 2 bar program to suit a v6 Commodore,thanks to Delcowiz, & another that I'de like to make some fine adjustments to for an aspirated motor.

you mean how to offset it? in the willem software on the right about half way down there is a text box labelled offset.

Hi Jayme, the 2bar bin shows up as 256k.What should I set the offset to?

sorry, im talking kbytes not kbits. use the size windows reports when you right click on the bin and hit properties.
a 256 kbit bin is 32kbytes so use 8000

i must of sent a stacked bin it should be 128 not 256 LOL you can split it with tunerpro if need be or i can send another
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem
