I tried the chip, the engine fires but wont run, disconnect the 2 bar map sensor & it will run. So I'll change the chip & try again.

did you change the injector size to suit i cant remember which one i sent it was most likely set for 36lb injectors on petrol which will be way wrong for drilled out injectors and meth

It was "marks 2bar" if that helps.Any idea what I should change it too?

KINJFLOW: Run A/F Param - Displacement/inj flow rate; (Litres/mGrams per s maybe change it too around 70 and try it that will roughly double fueling then if it runs just keep tweaking it till its generally good everywhere i think 63 would be double but may just drown it

if its running on methanol it will be hard to drown it

It's currently set at 0.23, so move it to .63 to 0.70?

what xdf are you using the 2bar$5d should be at 106 my copy is thats where i have it for 36Lb injectors

The xdf is $5D, & it definatley reads 0.23. I checked the methanol chip & an ATFY chip & they are both 0.13. Also looked down the list a little further at "KAFSTCN: Run A/F PARAM-Stoichiometric A/F Ratio " is set at 25.5. Whereas the other bins are all 14.7.

you need the xdf named 2bar$5D not the $5D they are different.

Stupid me Is this the correct one? 2bar_5d_V2.xdf If so had a quick look & the KINJFLOW: Run A/F Param - Displacement/inj flow rate; shows up as 115.01& KAFSTCN: Run A/F PARAM-Stoichiometric A/F Ratio " is set at 25.5 is that what yours reads?Just to confirm that I'm using the correct xdf.
