all messing round LOL about to go start more cutting 10 pack of discs will last this project out
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

Might want to look at getting them ceramic coated internally to keep the heat in the exhaust gas and out of your engine bay

LOL, why you aiming for 38" long primaries? Are you going to attempt to do the same on the other side?

i sort of calculated that to be the right length but could get away with anywhere from 30-40 inches.the other side will be exactly the same length :P guess i wont know until it runs down the street worst come to worst i can cut the last 6"s off and refit a collector and retest to see what works best.in the end i think its probably going to need bigger primaries and maybe shorter at the same time

the longer the header the more compression and timing you can run due to less reversion. i should probably just make a short version that collects before the oil filter and it would probably make another 100hp on the VB setup

Could always make stepped primaries.
Keep the existing pipe size at the cyl head, and then step up to the next size of tube at 15-18" along

i just dont really want to run long secondary pipes of a bigger diameter ill try the header as is and see how she goes

what size primary are you using ?
