a compression ring into a couple of bits ide say nothing to major
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

i would say anything that requires pistons out is pretty major hehehe

well that's always an option, however i feel a properly rebuilt one will be the best option for the long run

we have a pile of stockers that we thought we would need as spares so far we still just have a pile of engines LOL

Just add more boost to reduce the pile

maybe so but all im really talking is some new pistons, arp bolts rings/bearings and a cam ... oh and i might get the die grinder out on the heads too

bit of progress on this finally!
so we've got some new pistons, which are dished and .030 down in the bore over stockers, and I've also put them in the mill and taken another ~ .025 off them, really wanted to get the compression down, after ccing and checking it looks like we'll have about 8.5:1 comp which should be very nice!
so got the bottom end assembled this weekend, nothing really too much to see other than some new pistons and ARP bits!
got to now working on porting the heads and getting a cam and such!
