Spot on VS SS. I am running complete VT harness with all the security. I don't want to remove VATS for that reason

I'm away for work for a few days but will get some photos. I'm pretty sure I connected that wire you stated too.

Sweet photos. Certainly looks like a mission with that alternator.

Has the plate/contacts around the ignition barrel rotated at all? I accidentally put one back together the other day so when you turn the key to start, it runs off the end of the contact rails and the bcm says not happening.

is the key barrel earthed? i dont see an earth in the pic going to the barrel

There is no earth wire to the barrel unless it needs to be earthed through the column in the origins car?

That wire that I said is the earth for barrel and it should come up in the harness with the ign wires.
