I had a feeling I did actually manually guess the start point lower as I knew the GEN3 start point was lower, but then it threw a fault code of 32 so I thought I screwed up!
But maybe it was because I did it on the fly & the code didn't like that?
so does that mean for the excel sheet to work I need it to be -150% if that is what the difference is?

If the mgc is lower than expected (vehicle lean) you need to increase the values to get it right.
Any change to the start point will have a significant change to the fuelling of the first table and progressively less on the later tables if you work it out as a percentage. I would work on getting the start point about right and then start working on the curve.

Cool, Thanks again... I think it would be a lot better doing it this way than just adjusting the inj rate to suit as all the tables that reference any air would be out by over 150%.

Just going back over my log with it & its logging;
MAF: Manifold Air Flow
Cylair 50-1650
But not showing anything for MAF Hz: Manifold Air Flow Frequency
So think its going to be a bit hard to tune if it's not getting that!
I logged & tuned a gen3 maf 5 minutes before it & logged everything fine, so can only assume it may be a faulty card maf?

Turns out when maf & harness was supplied the wires in harness weren't correct so switched wires & all good!
Now I can actually tune it correctly & base inj rate only needs 213.867 to 283.555 so it seems the mgc, Hz & g/s are out by similar amount so I'm thinking if I bring the start point 35% lower & the rest of the tables -35% with using excel sheet it should bring EVERYTHING back into correct range?

Looks like that made the excel sheet crash but only in the last table, I must be doing something wrong?

It wouldnt call it correct without doing a dyno pull and correcting from the logs, but it would be a step in the right direction.

Yeah but what about the last line error & thus causing graph fall off at the end?

The last row looks like an off-by-one in the spreadsheet. The "Maf table data correction factor" table in row X ends one row too short. Cell X39 is empty, and that sets off a chain of divide by zero errors. I copied 4.890 from X38 in to X39 then the table looks valid, but we'd need yoda to comment on what should be in that cell.

Also, for a maf 15khz is really pushing it hard with huge airflow. so it cant be right that your larger maf is signalling 15khz for for 340 grams/sec of air versus 500grams/sec on stock.
