the duralites are not the race series ones, but they are still plenty fine, they are whats in my motor :) the main difference I can see in them is they have a bigger skirt than the race series pistons.

these had a small skirt looked like they had clearance for counterweights.were quite a bit lighter than stock rod and piston combo.cam got paid for today dont have all the specs yet but its high in the 230's at 50 on the inlet dont know what the exhaust is yet :D custom cut for the extractors style manifold could be out there on the exhaust to inlet split have to wait and see

last time I looked race series pistons had thin top compression rings normal duralite is 2mm race series is 1.5mm and short skirt

it doesn't really matter :)

if they are duralites it will have it cast into the underside of the piston on one of the skirts from memory.... either way they will be perfect for what you want!

so if your saying that there is reliefs for the crank then its probably the race series ones you have.

yeah looks like the 2nd pic but more dished should be bulletproof compared to flat top 40 overs or stock 3.3 black flat tops with 20 cent peice size dish in the middle LOL

upgrade time for the vb swapping 3000rpm boss hog convertor for 3000rpm B&M nitrous holeshot totally different blade angles as can be seen in this pic say its going to be much tighter

last couple of weeks effort carb to TPI and 808 conversion in a SWB landcruiser .fired it up today few issues 1 injector keeps sticking open coolant sensor was dead alt not charging.fix them up during the week and onto tuning
