Will go for a drive today and post it up this morning. Thanks for all the info guys. This engine will most definitely hit 200rwkw once tuned properly. The builder uses them as saloon engines and hits 200 all day every day on his builds.

That spark table doesn't seem right.
I'm the director of VSH (Vlad's Spec Holden), because HSV were doing it ass about.

Your tune is still using the factory injection timing, so currently your injecting all your fuel while the intake valve is closed, then it is sitting there for another 34 degrees of crank rotation till the valve even opens, no wonder it's running ruff!!
For those cam specs atleast start with around 374 degrees for End of Injection. You shouldn't need to idle at 1400rpm, usually the first sign of a lazy tuner.

Is that the base injector rate msec - gram menu you are talking about? Sorry im very much a beginner.

no your after the table call "End of Injection" your current value is the factory value of 408, start with 374.
This is the crank rotation at which fuel is finished being injected or the injector is now closed. Your intake valve starts to open at 374degrees with that cam, so start there. Tune advance to richest point.
I would recommend enhanced mod instead of standard factory realtime, you can tune the End of Injection via RPM and not coolant as well as use inputs to monitor wideband and support larger MAF's.

doesn't seem to have an end of injection table in the parameter list. i'm using TP if this makes a difference?

yeh it's not in that one. What memcal are you using NVRAM or standard memcal? Do you have access to a eeprom burner?
