dont believe any injector data on the net only from doing a real testing, so much misinformation around when it comes to injectors.

Yeah id believe that, so how would i go about testing impedance, ohms and pressure of injectors, the toyota injectors are two hole injector and squirt fuel on 35 degree anlge,

check your regulator, most have pressure rating stamped on them, if they are the factory injector for that rail then that would be there rated pressure, only other way would be to flow test them at various pressure's and have a look at the data. Impedance you can measure with a multimeter, they will be high or low ohms, low is usually 2-4ohms high 10-15ohms

I can check with ohms without powering injector or the injector needs to be powere to check ohms

I'd recommend getting a set of commodore injectors. Will be about that flow rate, super cheap and have the same as stock dead time vs voltage which will likely improve idle (low pulse width delivery) vs a change of injector type.

just get 0 280 150 917 or 0 280 150 960

both used on later VN all the way to VR.

VS are higher flowing by about 1-2 lb/hr

So vn-vr injectors should be ok to run on toyota fuel pressure reg, im unsure on it pressure, from what i quickly found outon the net it could be a 2.4 or 2.5 bar regulator, so would i have to change to a 3 bar reg for the vn-vr injectors to work properly

yep, that would be correct as the flow rates and flow characteristics would no longer be the same at lower pressure.

Best would be to use the same or similar bosch OEM reg rated at 3 bar.
