what are you powering off the output i forgot guess you have power from power supply to whatever your powering then to the pin you are using as the output should be working if its setup in the bin all good you got all the ecu earths hooked up havnt missed one
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

are you using the A4 pin as the earth side of the circuit ?

Yes, basically it’s inverted after the pullup resistor to 5volt, output is then 0 to 3 volt which is working but it’s inverted. i.e. 100% duty is 0 volt - 0 %duty is 3 volt . The invert option in the flash tool does not change this. Hope this makes sense ..

Bench tested fine for me. Battery voltage as X axis from 8 to 16v and RPM from 0 to 6375RPM as Y axis. The displayed DC in scannerpro matched what my cro measured.

Invert also worked, displayed DC in scannerpro obviously does not change but the cro showed an inverted signal like it should - was monitoring cro and flashed in the modified cal, watched the signal invert.

Have attached a log, my cal and the XDF.

Hi all , Thanks VL400 for your help . To anyone else out there trying to use the flash tool with Autoprom it will not work. You need to use the NVRAM board. Autoprom can only read the cal and bin not write back .

Found a bug in the closed loop fuel code so have removed V103 for now, will get V104 out once I have tested it.

VL400 is this bug also in "$12P RC4 - Final release candidate for testing" which is what I am using. Also have been looking at the cal from the ecu after running in VE learn mode for a while & the VE table has some serious dips & dives, adjacent cells that change 49.61 / 38.28 / 60.16 for 20 / 30 / 40kPa at 1600 rpm. other changes can be +/- 10 units between adjacent cells. is this scale of change normal.

spoke to VL400 this morning, he says its only in v1.03

now with your ve learn changes, out of those three numbers which are changed by ve learn and which were already that number before ve learn started ?

you will see peaks and troughs in the ve table that is normal, but huge ones is not normal, but the question i have is, has 20 kpa cell been changed by ve learn, if not then you'll probably find it needs to be dropped below the 30kpa number.
