I had an issue where i drilled a very small hold in the theromstat to help with bleeding the cooling system after some advice from another forum. Was fairly common thing to do.
I found the car ran very cold and use more fuel. I put it down to a few tables influencing the fuel.
If i remember correctly lean cruise also was not cutting in as it never reached the enable temp.
Fitted the larger water pump pulley and made some minor adjustments to the tune and it was back to normal.

Yep, I've dropped the lean cruise enable temp, it was set at 80° C previously.

Which brings me to my next question, how is the lean cruise fuelling calculated? Lets say for example that I set the all the Lean cruise values to 1 in the table, that would mean the lean cruise target AFR become 15.7:1 but how does the PCM calculate the actual fuel PW, does it use the BLM data or is it purely a mathematical equation using the MAF tables only?

its not different to how it normally calculates fuelling for 14.7 etc, just adds to the AFR figure.
