The theme is editable, this is the source. https://www.artodia.com/phpbb-styles/black/ (thats what the arty link in the bottom right refers too).
The other theme is the old one, we updated to this one after the1 suggested it a few years ago and changed the default, but I left the old one installed for those who hate change.
If anyone wants to contribute you can download this theme and take a look and supply a patch for me to install. The variation from the original are the quick post box down the bottom, the forum title (obviosuly), and removal of the blue background that covers half the page. I would merge any patch supplied in to the current version to retain these things. Were on phpbb 3.0 but it was good to take a fresh look at artodia and see there is a theme for 3.1.x so moving to that phpbb3 forum software in the future is an option.
