Re: FX Holden Race Car Project
the chopping has begun, but only after a lot of measuring took place, I think I have worked out where the rails are going to go, and roughly should leave me with a 400-430mm wheel arch which means about 16inch wide tyre lol, think I'm going to need 2 turbos to turn a tyre that big!
I cut out just what was needed to test fit the chassis rail, it looks like its where it needs to be so will be doing the same with the other side and then start connecting them to the car before cutting more out!

Re: FX Holden Race Car Project
went out to the shed yesterday morning with all intentions of fully welding the rails and maybe starting on welding in the 4 link mounts, did half an inch of weld and the bloody thing starts spluttering! out of gas ......
