the outside bolts stop the two brackets moving apart, but I do like the idea of filing a flat onto it!

the surge tank also has the insulating rubber mounts with the thread out each end, not that it matters, you can't hear the pumps over the engine anyways hehe :)

ahahah yeah not on this car anyways, what are the smaller ones the lower capacity bosch ?

Yes, can't remember the specs but I am sure it was sold as for a V6 Commodore but might be wrong. Certainly Will need upgrading at some point
