FX Holden Race Car Project
Re: FX Holden Race Car Project
Skidz next weekend? Looks good mate can't wait to see what time it gets down the quarter. Think it'll be lighter than the gem with all the chassi fab?

Black goes better with an alloy head!
I doubt it will be lighter than the gemini, but it will certainly have more hp to make up for it

No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!

Thought so I remember ages ago you were saying its lighter than the gem but then started hacking big chunks out of it. You still going to try do hill climbs with it or is it drag only now?

drag only, the 4 link is not designed to turn corners anymore, its got solid metal bushes!
The head gasket is cometic MLS.
interesting i'll look at the available options for pushrods.

Agreed, thats why I paint all my blocks black as it goes well with all the silver and alloy parts.Holden202T wrote:Black goes better with an alloy head!
