It appears to just be the first line, once I scroll down it appears to be the same. so maybe just the addressing/stacking?
I think the only jumper I set was from J to M

There should be a jumper on 'pcm' for the '424 computer with 11p. But that probably is set as it should be, you would see more corruption without it. I think its ok and suspect it is 11p testing for an nvram to enable write at startup.
Have you read the FAQ? For lots of information and links to significant threads see here: http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1396

11P writes to address 0x1750 for the NVRAM check. Single byte write, and puts it back to what it was before write checking. Its the extended ALDL buffer so could also leave it as anything actually.

So,
It appears that you guys are exactly correct, no problem with varying data bytes in those lines.
Here is the video showing part 2 of milling the intake:

Definitely faster ways to mill, but I wanted to learn how to do it, so I spent a while trying different methods, and learning how my old man's mill works.
Then supercharger plate and maybe W2A intercooler to go in.

Now to build the roller, so I can do some tuning.
