yeah if its all working fine aldl will work.

i assume your using $12P code ? if so just use the tunerpro adx that comes with the $12P zip file and that should get you sorted, you'll also need to sort out the tunerpro plugin setup, but theres info elsewhere on this forum about setting that up.

im not 100% sure why your not getting injector pulses

when the ignition is on do you have 12V on the injector power wire ?

ok have injector pulse now ,, for some reason mostlikely a wrong wire some where when i connect the 2 asdl wires to gether i i dont get any indicatoion on the test light but there is a clicking noise coming from the trottle body sensors .. something obvioulsy a miss , im still running the factory vn chip may need to just order the vram and be done with it ..

well its slowly coming together a steep learning curve ..

should the usb modual recieve data from the ecu even if its at a slow rate via tunnerpro

not nessesarily, when you have it in diag mode, the IAC motor on the throttle body winds out and keeps winding so its likely just that, nothign wrong there.

No sorry it wont work for 160baud data of the VN/VP, only 8192baud of the VR and later.

if your useing a vn ecu running a vr tune wont get high speed data.the check engine light does it turn on at key on should light up solid without the aldl bridged.then flash codes when aldl has paperclip in it.if it does neither check wiring for it should be 12v switched ignition power into bulb then into pcm pin for CEL

no the check engine light doesnt come on with either the vn chip or the other one ..

i have it connected to terminal a5 and the other end to power supply ? im assuming i have it wired correctly .. i done have VL400 usb board connected so maybe that stops the check light ?

make sure you have constant power on pins C16 and B1 and switched power on pin A6

yeah the they all have power as expected A5 is the aldl check lamp connection ? my diagram doesn't actually show is as connecting to that point but notes on the euc voltage chart indicated that A 5 was the check warning lamp

thanks D
