Re: commodore computer
You wont need to buy a new ECU, yours is capable enough. And with the free tools on here is someting you can do yourself if you want. Have a read around the forums, read the getting started guide and download the tools it mentions (TunerPro, memcal ID tool, the A6 XDF to match your setup etc)

Re: commodore computer
well if its anything like my brothers VS3V8 all it really needed to work with the cam change was higher idle ....
No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!
Just starting out? Have a read of the getting started guide

Re: commodore computer
WIll probably depend on the size of the cam. What are the specs of the cam?
Given these are MAF based they will know how much air is going in, as Holden202 said, bump up the idle a bit and it should be close.
Maybe able to play around with the spark a bit, especially if you are running 95RON as a minimum.

Alan Gibbs will tune it with Kalmaker and come out to you, but it wont be cheap!
