So years ago they stopped up using the GM for TIS to check latest calibration for VIN & then there was a work around to use Opel TIS(https://tis2web.service.opel.com/tis2web/) Seems now whether you choose normal programming or VCI it doesn't give you access... comes up with something like invali...

It doesn’t make any sense it’s not that difficult when it writes it to eeprom does it verify against file & checks ok?
Is it a stock Merck’s that you uv erased & got verified as blank?
