Yeah its all airflow based so IAC is more to add air for A/C engaging or tip in on the throttle to provide more torque quickly when it knows it about to need it from other logic and uses it to smooth everything out.

Good stuff. I tried 4.6.2 and got in to a world of pain and moved to 4.8 instead. But i'll throw that away as 4.6.2 is a better target for now. Hopefully the readme explain how to configure the OS for the build. I was also testing on studi 2022, not sure if that was part of the problem but it couldn...

Its an analog world, with analog hardware, on a digital control system. in a perfect simulation it would not, but in real life everything isn't 100% stable and has minor variations.

So the question becomes, what feature can the pcm still use to correct it? IAC and idle spark correction would normally do this.
