Doin some sums...
6 cyl
36 lb/hr inj
378 cc/min
So you have 2268 cc/min of inj capacity

Your peak airflow figure was 322 gm/sec of air
Say a 11.45:1 Target AFR
Means 28.12 gm/sec of fuel, which is 1687.336245 gm/min of fuel

And the final fuel flow figure based on a weight of 745 gm/L for petrol ..... 2264.880865 cc/min is 100% DC

Not looked at the logs, is the target AFR close to 11.5?? :study:

Am looking at a bin disassembly, if its not defined can add it but will need to work out the offsets for the different A5 XDFs.

Can't see anything in the post as to what vehicle.
What is the BIN you are using?
Which XDF are you using $51, $A5 or $07?

id post up my bin but im not sure if im allowed its a kalmaker W81 (VX s/c) I just turned up the knock sensor temp same as you do in older bins, I turned it off in kalmaker at first, then did a dif and defined it in my own w81 xdf. ive been slowly defining things in my xdf that I use by doing that. its a VX L67 engine in a Mazda Bravo ute, T5 transmission, 3.9:1 diff ratio but higher profile tryes to bring it back to somewhere between 3.45 and 3.9.

this picture is from a while ago before the recent intercooler and supercharger mods

today, I tuned it with the wideband, after a 5% injectror rate drop, (which I attribute to my MAF scalers but I cba changing them) it sits exactly on commanded AFR. raised the timing a little improved responsiveness and power up to 6200rpm. its a real handful now! only problem is the bloody rev limit maxes at 6375 lol. 1/8th mile drags 19th march, will post some vids.

i don't see a reason why uou can't post your kalmaker bin, no one can use it unless they have kalmaker Realtime ECM with the security stuff so it should be fine.

having said that no one can probably read it without kalmaker either!
