Re: OSEPlugin for Tunerpro 5 v1.48
AWESOME work as alway's! (there's an issue I've been having with 1.47 lately but it could be my hardware but I will test the issue with this version & if it still happens I will try & debug my hardware as it's most likely the issue!)

Is that the one of a kind alpha test hardware with the known fault? If it is, the plugin wont fix that. That was a failed design and is not representative of our products.

Re: OSEPlugin for Tunerpro 5 v1.48
plugins working sweet but only thing is if you had tuner pro connected to and ecm and just shut it down then restart the program it continually comes up with com port which ever one you were using failed to open about 20 times till it decides to just cancel that operation then close that window down and allow you into tuner pro dont know if its the version of turner pro im using or the plugin though. im using build 5.00.8075.00 if its the version ill just change if not is there a way we can put in a cancel connection button or something or should i just get in the habit of making a complete disconnection before shut down other than that its spot on

Thanks for the report. It is the plugin and I already have a fix for it. There will be a v1.49 shortly. For now in the tunerpro preferences you can set it to not auto connect at startup so then you can fire up TP without annoyance and just click "Initialize emulation hardware" when everything is ready.

Re: OSEPlugin for Tunerpro 5 v1.49
Ive had reports that oseplugin (or tunerpro) does not work on windows 8.
I have just installed a test machine to see what it would take to get windows 8 working (specifically windows 8.1, 64bit) and it turns out that everything works as it should, with just the microsoft visual C runtimes mentioned in the first post (available here): http://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download ... px?id=5555
If you have tried windows 8 with success please let us know, I assume it is also working.
If you are still having trouble, check your connections and make sure the com port has come up correctly. The drivers windows 8 will automatically install from microsoft work fine, but you may need an internet connection the first time you try.
Note that the screenshots here are logging a 12p ecu on the bench with only power connected. It is proving the communications and the pc software are working, but no sensors are connected.

Re: OSEPlugin for Tunerpro 5 v1.49
yep I log and realtime tune on windows 8.1 with OSEplugin. never had a problem, worked fine from day 1. the same cannot be said of the GQ-4X ! I had to run it inside a VMware virtual machine. cant rememeber exactly why... was a while ago.
