I dont think you will be able to run another computer because the key on - 10 second wait - key off is the kalmaker security doing its thing and the tune will be married to that pcm, another will need a re licence.

Still, do you know of how the original problem may happen in the software?

yes holden targeted WOT @ 12.10, they put an adjustment in the Power Enrichment - Trim V's RPM table so it's trims the 12.8 AFR target set, just set them back at 0 and you' get your 12.8 target back.

Kalmaker is 1min on, 1 min off for security reset. Could have created a tdm issue there and depending on the type of memcal you're running could be corrupt. Are you running an NM27c010 or DS1245Y?
